Great service and experience dealing with Tom Pietras. I purchased my second vehicle from Towne Hyundai and there will certainly be more .

We inherited an older Hyundai and have had it serviced here several times. The staff has always been nice and the work completed well. The inside of dealership is very nice and a good place to wait while the car is being serviced.

Just bought my 2nd vehicle here and can't imagine ever going anywhere else! All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with, but a special "Thank you!" to Andy Murak and Mike Decarlo. It was a true pleasure doing business with you both, and we WILL be back when it's time for #3!

I don't know how this place has 4.7 stars.....i have not dealt with the sales dept. only the service dept., so maybe thats why. My review is solely based on the service dept.
I have now brought my car in FOUR TIMES to get my A/C repaired. Each time, i am told "its all set" / "the airs ice cold!".....and each time, that has not been the case. Each time they "fix" my car, one of the parts they put in fails, so i get the car back with the issue still not fixed, even though i am told it is. Do they not check that the parts are actually working before giving the car back? I mean you would think they should.
Not only do the actual repairs not last, nut it takes FOREVER to even get an appointment because they are severely understaffed in the technician dept. It took 3 weeks to get in for them to "diagnose" my cars issues, when i already told them it was the A/C line.....then i had to wait another week for an appt to actually install the line they ordered. Why could they just not have me bring the car back the day the part came in, like i was told when i dropped it off to get "diagnosed"? The service dept. at this place sucks. Plain and simple. There is not enough staff to keep up with the need, there fore the jobs they are doing are rushed and the parts are not properly installed and need to be replaced frequently. Its just annoying at this point because they have had my car four times for the same issue and its never been properly fixed. I am only going here because i bought the car from another Towne dealer (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) and i purchased an extended warranty through them, so they are familiar with it, otherwise, i'd go elsewhere.

I purchased a 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid SEL from Towne Hyundai earlier this year. At 999 miles, every warning light the vehicle came on and the vehicle started having shifting issues. This occurred on a Sunday.
Monday morning, I called the service department to explain the issue. I was told they could not get the vehicle in for service for a week, but they would give me a loaner when I dropped of the vehicle. I was without a usable vehicle for a week, which isn’t ideal when you have a family and are forced to become a one car home.
When I brought the vehicle in for service, I was told I would receive a call later that day with a diagnosis and time frame. I was given a loaner vehicle, a Santa Cruz. The two service reps joked about the number of mosquitos embedded on the front of this vehicle while in the same breath telling me they would charge a cleaning fee if I brought the vehicle back dirty, especially if there was a pet or someone smoked in the vehicle.
Just needing a vehicle to get me through, I took it. It wasn’t until I was driving home that I realized how equally filthy the interior was. Long hairs stuck on the driver seat, dirt and pebbles all over the floormats, splotches where someone spilled a drink, and worst of all, small hairs everywhere. Not sure if they were a pet’s or human’s but it was a significant amount. If having to have a practically brand-new vehicle serviced was inconvenient enough, I now had to clean their vehicle for them.
The service center did not call back that later day. They called two days later to let me know the shifter module would have to be replaced. I was told this part is on backorder, so it may take over a month. Regardless, they said they would give me weekly updates. At this time, I complained about the loaner and asked for something bigger. The representative said they don’t have anything available now, but they would call me as soon as something became available.
Twenty (20) days passed until I heard from the dealership again when they told me the vehicle was fixed. No updates, no replacement loaner, just a call about of the blue to come pick up my car.
At this point, I had already started a lemon law case with Hyundai Corporate. I was upset that I was without my new vehicle for so long and that what I would get back is one that would be to some extent disassembled and serviced. Towne didn’t care. They said I needed to pick my vehicle up because they really needed their loaner back for other customers, and I can continue however I want with Corporate after that.
I went to the service center to get my vehicle back, and there wasn’t a single apology for the inconvenience, no “thank you for your patience”, nothing. Just a “here’s your key, sign here, have a nice day.”
What I got back was a dirty vehicle. White powder on the door and kickplate, black powder where the phone charger is, some red, sticky bit on the dash, stain on the center console. Not only did I have to clean their car, but now I had to clean the mess they made in mine. There is also a strong smell in the car now.
Giving me a dirty vehicle, not being able to clean up after themselves, poor communication, and just a lack of customer care makes me wish I never bought a vehicle here. I would highly recommend looking at other dealerships to make your purchase.

Our experience was 10/10 from the beginning to end. There was no long sales pitch. We went in knowing what we wanted, they showed us what was available, let us test drive the car, then we picked the delivery date. The car was ready for pick up and the deal was done in less than an hour. I'd recommend this dealer and staff to my friends and family.

I went in for a Car Inspection and needed a few more things done to the SUV. I didn't wait a long period of time and everything was explained to me.

Best service I have ever received at a dealership. My lease wasn’t even with them. I’ll be leasing my next car from Towne in a few months. Thank you!!

Highly recommend! I have worked with Mike DeCarlo for years and he went above and beyond to get me everything I wanted and more for less that I had budgeted! I can’t say enough about the wonderful atmosphere and customer service that I experienced from start to finish. Generally, we have worked with a different dealership, but we wanted to follow Mike wherever he went and I am blown away by the quality of service and vehicle that we were provided! Thank you Mike and Towne for an amazing experience and the perfect new vehicle for our growing family ❤️

We were on our way to Allegany State Park when we had a flat tire on the highway in a blinding rain storm. It was our good fortune to be able to get off on Milestrip Rd. We were towed to Towne Hyundai. They took these very wet Canadians and made us comfortable while we waited. They gave us a ride in their courtesy vehicle to buy a tire and bring it back. Our driver was exceptional and helped carry the tire to the vehicle etc. The service manager was very helpful and reassuring. Thank you Towne Hyundai you deserve an A+!!

I came in knowing exactly what I wanted. Joseph Powers had a no pressure sales approach and came with the best deal. I am very happy with my new Santa Fe and the deal that I got. Thanks Joe! Christian

Absolute clown show. Service department is a joke. Make an appointment for a recall and they do half of it. Finish it two weeks later and they bobble that as well. Also they charged for emissions inspection on an EV! Zero stars.

From the test drive to trade in to finance and ultimately the delivery, the process was handled in the most professional manner.
