So... If your vehicle won't accelerate above 3000 rpm and bogs down with any load on it, should it take 3 weeks to get in? Then after forcing in in after a week of driving with absolutely no power or acceleration, we are told diagnostics only happen Monday-Friday. So the vehicle gets seen and was told it would be 3 days for the parts. 4 days later had to call to find out the parts did not show up, or not all the parts. Finally when picked up, they replaced the catalytic converter. Never test drove it.... Guess how I know.... I don't trust this place. Catalytic converters generally go bad because of something. The burn off of the new converter smoked and smelled so bad that it was close to going back. 10 minute test drive would have solved that but I guess that is too much to ask. Not to mention they twisted the hell out of the oxygen sensor wiring, and the muffler is dented. Also left a nitrile glove hanging

The reason I am leaving this review is because of Gary (Gracon?) at the Orchard Park location. I knew which vehicle I wanted before going in there. I called the day before and he happened to be the one to answer the phone. I told him which one I wanted to test drive/discuss financing and he made an appointment with me for the next morning. I had totaled my car and had to drop the rental off early and before they even opened he told me they were detailing and getting the car ready. When my fiance and i got there, we met with him. He is very honest, personable, and did not give me the salesman vibe, which is something very important to me as I would likely have gotten up and left. I had never bought a dealership vehicle before but I heard horror stories (not about Town Auto, just dealerships in general). Gary was very helpful and fast with the entire process. Our only complaints were the scratches on the whole body of the vehicle. He ordered paint for the parts that needed paint and said they would buff what they could and said he would contact me when the paint came in. We made an appointment with the body shop and they did a very sloppy job (my only complaint so far). We told Gary this and showed him the touch ups and he said he would make it right. So I met with one of the guys from the body shop and Gary. The body shop guy came across a little rude about why I was upset. They both must've understood my anxiety and frustration because Gary called me the next day to schedule a walk through with the GM to look at the touch ups and scratches with the body shop worker. Our schedules were all off so it did take about 4 days to all meet up as I wanted my fiance there to help with talking, so Gary was very accommodating with the loaner vehicle as they needed the car I bought there. When we met with the GM, Steve, he was understanding as well and very professional. He said they would resolve most of the issues. I got it back and they did more than they said they would, it looks 100Xs better!! Gary went above and beyond in my opinion. Every issue I have had he's been on it within half a day. Another thing I'd like to mention is I had noticed when I took the car home that the window buttons peeled and he called the Service department right away, they called me the same day to schedule an appointment. They also installed the buttons within a few days and they look brand new. They were very friendly and fast as well! But the main reason I am posting this review is because I am so happy with Gary's service. He is a great salesman without being a con artist. Great service so far.

In August of 2018, I had an appointment at this dealership. The salesperson saw me and walked pass to help an elderly couple during my appointment time. After waiting 15 minutes, I emailed the salesperson to inform him that I am leaving. He immediately comes out, and talks to me while he was on his phone. While talking to him, he would not stop texting on his phone. I am an African-American and the elderly couple were white. While speaking with them, the salesperson was never on his phone during their encounter. I immediately took my folder and went to Paddock Chevrolet. My salesperson, Joe Miller, immediately came to my car and walked me through the whole process. Then, I handed him the same folder that I brought with me to my appointment at Towne Auto Group. Within a day, I was approved for a car loan because my credit score was 647 and I had a steady source of income. I was a recent graduate of Canisius College and wanted to get a better car. The same car I bought from Paddock Chevrolet will be paid off next month. Moral of the story, never judge a book by its cover.

Young lady at service door was very nice.. very nice and modern showroom.. service rep was very helpful in explaining what the problem was.. think his name was Tom... I will surely be back
