Has improved a lot since I moved away from OP in 2016! Clean, nice produce, excellent bakery, improving on offerings for those on special diets like GF and Vegan. Very friendly staff now!

I’m in my mid 40’s, with mostly grey hair. Was asked for identification to purchase a grill lighter... Don’t usually carry my ID when I’m shopping for hot dogs and buns. Left without a grill lighter. Not even help from a so called manager. The most unfriendly grocery store.

Waited 10 minutes for someone to show up to the meat department. Then some broccoli haired punk with a tops shirt on comes up and says “sorry he’s on break, idk when he’ll be back” as if it was helpful.

Been lucky enough to be able to shop at a Clean, well stocked,store. Tops has Full isles,and many othe Positives, when comparing Tops with Wegmans, Crowds are good, but these half-ilses, and terrible stocking strategy. People going in different directions, all common sense, rules, to do with walking, are off, Wegmans compares more with a Busy shopping Market in Dominican Republic, or most Asian Nations, China..

Cashier Lynn was so rude. Throwing our items in the cart, huffing and puffing, and complaining the whole time. Guess she couldn't be bothered to put the loaded bags back into the cart, she instructed me to do it. If you dont like your job, find a new one.

Had a quick turnaround cake order and the Bakery dept came through, big time. Multiple colors, writing, decorated edges the cake turned out great. Went with the whipped this time, next time we'll go with the butter cream. Both are really good. Thanks again!

The customer service manager Tracy is super rude and has 0 zero Customer service skills. The lines were long like always and I asked her to cash me out. She said she couldn’t and just stood there talking to an employee without helping out. I understand why ppl shop at wegmans now.

The deli at this store is an abomination, probably the worst I’ve ever experienced at any Tops store in the WNY area. Most of the time there’s only one person working the slicer…and more often than not, the pre-sliced racks are empty. They also don’t have the numbers anymore, so it’s not like you can just take a number and then go shop for a few minutes and then come back. Almost certainly a management problem. Seems like they either don’t care, or perhaps it’s not worth it to hire more people. Either way, whenever I do Instacart orders at this store, I typically end up having to refund all the deli items when the pre-sliced racks are empty (which is pretty much all the time!). Even if they don’t want to hire more deli workers, why would they not figure something out with the pre-sliced racks, and make sure they’re well stocked?

Edit 6/5/24: It's still as bad as it ever was, but everything is more expensive now.
It's amazing how much they pack in here and still have such poor selection. Everything is about 70 cents to a dollar more expensive than Wegmans. I despise coming here.

Deli Sucks waited took a number stood in line. Girl just yelled out who's next. This is not an auction this is where people spend their money on necessities. It's Sunday I don't want to argue with anybody today Just walked out took my business elsewhere. Market in the square here I come. Management needs work here!!!!!!Spend $1000s here each year. We have too many other options!! No thank you
