I was referred to Runner's roost by my physical therapist for ongoing foot and ankle pain. I had the pleasure of working with Scott at the Orchard Park location. He was very knowledgeable and was with me every step of the process. I commented to him that it's so rare to find this kind of experience these days. I was able to get what I needed in a timely fashion. I would recommend this business, and would go back in the future if needed.

I had to write a great review regarding the customer service of this location. I bought a pair of shoes in June and there was a hole starting to grow in the fabric of the shoe already. I called the store and asked if there was anything they could do to help even though it was beyond 30 days. The woman on the phone said they could try to help but I would need to come to the store. When I came in I actually talked to the associate who had talked to me on the phone. She called her manager and was able to exchange my shoes for a new pair. This store went above and beyond for me as a customer for a not great situation. I appreciate their care for customer and will for sure buy my next pair from this store in the future because of their great customer service!

So disappointed. I have worn Brooks sneakers for years. I always buy them at runners roost and I bought the Brooks Ghost-Max in March. I only wear them for a couple of hrs for a part time job. The left foot is starting to get a hole and Runber Roost will not take them back. After spending 163.07 for the one pair They should replace them So disappointing with Runners Roost. They do not appreciate customer only your Money. They are so busy I guess they don’t have to honor there products. That is alot of money to waste

I have never bought expensive shoes because I did not think it was worth the money. They all fall apart and lose their comfort quickly. Buying a pair here showed me I was wrong. Kati was very kind and patient and helped me find a really comfortable pair of new balances. 7 months later and they are still comfortable. I was really impressed with the staff and the product. I will be back for my next pair!

I want to like this place more but the staff aren't always super friendly and helpful . Ya don't really get a welcoming feeling when your their trying to discover the next cool running shoe your going to love.

After UPS lost my package, I went to runners roost to get Uggs. The sales associates were so helpful, educated me on the sizing of Uggs and helped me pick the perfect pair. Will be going back for all my shoe needs!
