The peoplel working in the parts dept were very nice and helpful but the whole experience was a pain . Dealership told me over the phone that they dont really deal with the online app . I have used the Gmc app to purchase from another GMC dealership and everything went smooth especially being able to use my gm employee discount . All you do is select the parts u want to buy put in code for discount and go pick up or have shipped when ready . Basil dealership was a long process . Took almost an hour to just to buy a set of GMC emblems for my truck . Said something like, since i didn't buy the truck there they have to create a service record or something first then put in the parts etc.... They would probably sell alot more parts if the do what other dealerships do working with the gmc website . Nothing against the workers there ,they were helpful just a pain to try and buy a part using GM employee discount .
