The manager, Maria Richardson, was an absolute pleasure! My husband (fiancée at the time) went to her to purchase my engagement ring and she was very knowledgeable and understood what we both wanted and needed. Anytime I come to this location for my 6 month ring inspection and cleaning she assist me right away. She’s one of the best!!

My husband purchased a bracelet from Maria as a wedding gift, the bracelet needed to be resized. Maria who works at the OP location was very helpful, making sure the bracelet was the perfect fit. I love it and wear it every day.

Working with the Orchard Park Reed’s and especially Nicole has been nothing but a positive experience! Nicole was amazing from start to finish, helping us narrow down to right setting from a large inventory, find the perfect stone and wedding bands. Our custom orders arrived early and Nicole was sure to communicate right away, ensuring everything was ready to go for pick up. Our rings are beautiful and we would absolutely work with Nicole again!
