Had a great experience at Ray Laks Honda in Orchard Park, NY. Lee Rhinebarger was great at answering my questions and working through the process with us. This is the third minivan we have purchased over the years (different dealers) and would recommend buying from them!

Theyre nice and friendly selling you your vehicle. But, if you have to come in for warranty work be prepared to be argued with,lied to,hustled, and dodged for any valid warranty work. Add to that a bad attitude from the Service Advisors. When you talk to a manager you'll be fed the same lines, just with a lighter tone.
The service department isnt there to serve you or your warranty, theyre there to take your money.

Do not buy from Ray Laks Honda, horrible dealership and horrible service department, had 2 new ridgelines from them and both of them spent more time at that shop than with me… the service department was incompetent and rarely fixed any issues. I had these trucks less than 2 years and took a huge loss. Don’t make the same mistakes I did, also pics of the transmission issue that they refused to acknowledge or fix… that was on both vehicles for proof
