Vehicle was serviced in 25 minutes. Service advisor was more interested in talking with co workers than checking me out. 1 hour went by and I see my Vehicle being pulled back in again. I went to the desk and explained that my Vehicle was was done and the advisor had no clue what he was doing. Finally the advisor said sorry there was a mix up with the paper work. Don't think I so watched everything happen. Service advisors too busy talking about what they did over the weekend. Never again lost my business.

The service was great. I was there for a little over an hour for an oil change and a car inspection. The staff was friendly and efficient and the waiting area was clean and quiet. Coffee was offered to me before I even sat down. ??

Unless your vehicle is on fire or has an illustrated malfunction in performance, do not waste your time with this service center. They can't fix anything even the death trap 2020 Ford Escape I am driving.

After having a hard time finding the tire brand I wanted at any local tire stores, West Herr Quick Lane was able to order them. Dean said they'd have them the next day. I made an appointment to have them mounted. Unfortunately, I just missed their call saying it would be an hours long wait to finish the job. They were short staffed and booked. Having no one to pick me up, they rushed my install. Jason was just great. This is the first time I have gone to this Auto Center, I will surely consider it in the future.

Showed up at 12 for an oil change was told to come back at 1:30 only to be told it would be another hour wait to be seen. Kind of ridiculous they didn't hold an appointment for me.

They told me my tyrods were wiggling, and would be 300 to fix after getting my alignment done. Took to someone else and there was nothing wrong with my tyrods.

Came here for an unexpected visit due to a tire needing repair. Walked in without an appointment but was served immediately. Happily when we got there the waiting room was empty. After verifying our warranty, the vehicle was taken in immediately and the tire removed. It took only a few minutes for them to remove the tire, remove the offending screw and remount the tire. Overall it took only 45 minutes for us to be back on the road. The waiting room was clean, especially for an automotive establishment. Staff was friendly and efficient. This is a great place to go.

The Orchard Park Quick Lane group was great. I went in for a NYS Inspection on Saturday, unfortunately I needled more. Anthony walked me around my car explaining and showing me what needed to be fixed. Due to the lateness in the day I had to leave my car to be finished on Monday. Anthony was kind enough to drive me home. On Monday once my car was finished they called me and set up the courtesy shuttle to pick me up. Great job. The work needed to be done. Thanks Quick Lane staff.
