This is the worst customer service I have ever received. The billing department has no idea what it’s doing. You speak to them about the situation and payment and they understand but because someone doesn’t put payment in properly I have to prove payment. Even then they still take months to resolve. Honestly I can’t wait to be done with this cpap rental and supplies. Worst year of my life and it’s supposed to be better because of better sleep. NOT!!

These guys have taken such good care of me from the hour someone spent explaining how the machine works and fitting my first mask to buying supplies and then needing to get a second type of mask. They were extremely patient with all of my many questions and even followed up with me to verify that things are going well. I'm happy to give this company my money.

A bit disappointing as I am a business neighbor 2 buildings down. They kinda run defense when calling and make things difficult. The girl Nicole I spoke with was very friendly but was unable to fit me in for an appointment prior to the Holidays when Amy stated not to worry they have plenty of openings. In stead I picked up my equipment in Miami from an awesome place who was thrilled to have my business. If fact, I also saved nearly $300.
