She had never been to a professional groomer before and I was worried she might be stressed, but when I picked her up she seemed happy as could be! I can tell they treated her with the absolute best care during her appointment. Her groom also turned out great, she looks so pretty! We definitely will be back :)

One of my two dogs is unfortunately accident prone. They always have the best solution and don't put the most expensive one first. They gave me options for everything and explain each one. Have had only good experiences here. Glad to have found them.

3816 Abbott Rd, Orchard ParkWhen our previous veterinarian suddenly retired, we were unexpectedly looking for a new vet. We chose the Abbott Road Animal Hospital to take over our pet's care. Dr. Galluch spent a lot of time aquatinting herself with us and our dog's complicated medical history. She provided reassuring continuity as we transitioned from one practice to another.
We have complete confidence in Dr. Galluch and her team. They are very compassionate, thorough, and professional. We particularly like that Dr. Galluch sits on the floor with our dog during the exam so our dog is more comfortable and less anxious. The office staff follows up by phone promptly.
We will trust the Abbott Road Animal Hospital to meet our pet's medical needs for years to come!

Banfield Pet Hospital
3425 Amelia Dr, Orchard ParkI cannot say how much we love and appreciate Dr H!!!! I have an elderly dog and the Banfield in Amherst left me with a really bad opinion of Banfield. I have had the wellness plan for almost 15 years since Gizmo has been a baby, and Amherst were horrible and could care less about us or our fur babies. Dr H made me a HUGE fan!!! We live on Grand Island and will drive to OP just for Dr H!!!!! She cares for the pet as a whole and looks at every option available- not only for the pet but also us as owners or "parents". She is caring, knowledgeable, compassionate, and very thorough! I'm so lucky to have found her and Banfield is lucky to have her!!!

When I first started taking my Golden Retrieve pup another owner told me the program was life changing for their dog and family. I have to agree Jack is 7 months old and knows his commands, responds to come and is the happiest puppy. The investment in training will help me as I age knowing Jack is trained and will be my life time companion. Thank you so much for a great staff. Thank you Sit n" Stay for helping Jack become a Good Citizen. I highly recommend their training programs.

6084 Powers Rd, Orchard ParkThey are amazing I have a 7 month old German shepherd and it was our first time there, everyone was very nice and is very informative with behavior and how to care for the dogs in the pool and are CPR certified. Apollo was nervous when they put the life vest on but then he jumped in the pool and didn't want to get out. They have a small drying room that has a professional dryer and some towels, it's also very nice that you don't come into contact with any other dogs there which is very nice because Apollo gets nervous around other dogs sometimes.

Our Bella passed away on a Friday and they allowed me to drop her off immediately the next day instead of waiting after the weekend. Tracy was quick to respond to my email even though it was after hours. On Saturday my family and I were dropping Bella off and we were greeted by the most kindest, sweetest, caring and compassionate staff member I've ever met. Her name is Rachel. She really made us feel like family and had the utmost professionalism I've ever experienced in these situations. Thank you for that Rachel. It really was needed for my family and I. It's indescribable how grateful I am to find Pet Heaven. A BIG "Thank You" to all the staff at Pet Heaven. You are all amazing! Highly Recommend
