Love this office! They are always available to see our kids the same day when they are sick. With confidence I can say that even when the waiting room is packed, the providers make sure to give my boys quality care and not rush through our concerns. One of my boys needed an urgent cardiologist appointment and Dr. Dyson got on the phone with cardiology and we were able to see them right after our appointment at Orchard Park Peds! This office is a HUGE upgrade from our old pediatrician, who would send us to urgent care for a simple strep test. Dr. Dyson and Anne have always taken wonderful care of our boys and I have no doubt that this office will continue giving them amazing care throughout their teen years.

I highly recommend OP Ped's office! They always accommodate same-day appointments for sick visits promptly. The waiting times are short, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They are also great with reminder checkups. Overall, excellent service for our little ones!

We used to live in Orchard Park until a year ago when we purchased a new home in Tonawanda. We are very happy with our children going to Orchard Park Pediatrics, who are 8,9 and 11. We are happy yo take the drive to Orchard Park to keep them with the friendly and professional establishment that they are.

When we had our first son, this was his Primary. He is a very healthy boy. We were convinced that he needed to get many many vaccinations or else our son would be dropped from their care. By the time he was 1, he had all "necessary shots" up to what a 5th grader would need. In one year almost 10 immunizations? Our next 2 have gotten some, not all of those shots, spread over multiple years and are perfectly healthy.

My baby was 5 days old and we had a nurse come to our house as part of our insurance post natal check-up. The baby would not stop crying most the morning and just didn't seem right. I called the doctors office prior to the nurse visit explaining this and I was dismissed saying the baby could just be colicky. The at home nurse was extremely concerned because the baby lost more weight then she should have, was very lethargic, wouldn't eat a ton, and temperature was low. I called the doctors office immediately after the nurse left as she advised me to do so. She mentioned they would likely want the baby to come in to be weighed and temperature taken. When I called the doctor's office and explained the situation, the nurse I spoke with completely dismissed my concerns. Said the scale the nurse came with (from catholic health) was not calibrated correctly. I demanded they send the information to the doctor and told them the baby was not eating much at all. When the nurse called me back, I was advised the doctor stated, "when a baby is over hungry they will refuse a bottle". No concerns with the babies temperature being 97.7. I ended up taking the baby to children's that evening since she wouldn't eat. Within an hour of being in Children's Hospital we found ourselves in the Pediatric ICU. This Practice and the Doctor we dealt with completely dropped the ball on our baby. They completely dismissed me and my concerns. Our baby needed medical attention and they could not be bothered to see the child. I highly recommend looking for another practice.

We started taking our daughter here at 4 months after I was displeased with her previous Dr. I have always had a pleasant experience during well and sick visits. The staff is quick to schedule same day sick appointments and takes the time to listen to your concerns. Informational hand outs are given at your routine well visits which have always come in handy. Cannot say enough great things about Dr. Dyson and Dr. Demmerly specifically!

The doctors who are answering questions are quick to rush you off the phone.During my 9 months olds check up, we waited in the room with only his diaper on for 45 minutes and the PA was unapologetic when I addressed the long wait time. Not sure if they really want to serve minorities.

I have not experienced the negative situations that have been reviewed, I've found the majority of the providers to be down to earth and friendly. We did see one doctor once who was short with us, but she also looked to be about 12 months pregnant (yes, it's a joke) so I don't blame her. I have been dissuaded from making an appointment, but only because I was a new parent afraid of everything (my words, not theirs). Annie and Dr. Dyson are fantastic.

Rude nurse for sick visits when you call. She's never happy and always short with parents. I have friends and family that take their kids there and she's rude to them to. Hate calling the sick line to make a same day apt and rather take my kids to the urgent care so I don't have to deal with crabby Tammy
