Looking for a good PCP is such a chore these days. I was reluctant at first, but I am glad I didn't switch before giving Orchard Park Family Practice a chance. From making an appointment, to going to the appointment the process was smooth. The staff were friendly, and the doctor listened. Thank you for making the transition an easy one!

I love this practice! Everyone is absolutely wonderful and caring. Amy Pohlman as been my PA over the years and she's amazing. My daughter and son in law recommended her when I moved to the area from out of state and it's such a relief to find a medical practice where the entire staff treats you with such respect.

The Drs are nice but the staff can be rude. Also you're always months out for appointments. But the most annoying about this practice is when you sit there and watch the staff girls all yaping behind the counter not answering the phone. They wait ten mins then check messages and then call people back. You always have to leave a message calling, meanwhile when in there, you watch them do this.... The nurses and desk girls need to act more professional. They treat this place like sorority club.

I love this office!! Everyone are so friendly and professional. I moved out of town for 8 years and upon my return, Orchard Park Family Practice welcomed me back without hesitation. I feel safe and secure when I arrive for visits knowing whatever the issue, I will have a solution by the end of my visit.

Dr. Kim Tran is always a good listener so she gets a good picture of all my health issues. She is excellent in providing appropriate treatment and medications with good up to date medical advise.

After being a patient for over 15 years I called today to get an emergency appointment for CHEST PAINS. Since I had a bill I forgot to pay for use of a nebulizer years ago the receptionist informed me that I had been dropped even after trying to pay the bill. Also I was just there for my annual physical a couple months ago and nothing was said about me owing any money, I truly forgot. The only physician here who has ever been kind or showed any compassion is Amy Pohlman whom you can never get an appointment with due to everyone wanting to see her because the others are terrible. She is too good for this practice! Whatever you do avoid Dr. Andrei at all costs especially if you are overweight, he will fat shame you. He is pompous, rude, condescending and has the WORST bedside manner!! Meet this man once and you will understand, his vibe is so narcissistic and self absorbed he loves to hear himself talk. All in all Orchard Park family practice demonstrates perfectly just how flawed our Healthcare system is, you are just another cog in the greed fueled money making machine. I was hung up on while crying that I was having chest pains!! This place truly does not care if you live or die and they demonstrated that to me today. God forbid you make a mistake here or forget you had an appointment that was made an entire year ago! There is no loyalty even if you have been a patient for over a decade, they will drop you with zero hesitation, shame on you Orchard Park "family" practice!!

I saw Leah at the convenience care and she was so sweet and gave me a lot of good recommendations. She acknowledged my concerns and made me feel so much better. I tend to struggle with health related anxiety, which she did a wonderful job at taking my concerns seriously and ultimately put me in a better mindset. Thank you Leah and OPFP!
