Best Care Company I have had used ever! I have Several gastric diseases & get my nutrition & vitamins & fats through TPN only. Option Care Health has been the one outstanding constant, even when I get confused due to the illnesses and I call with a simple question my team manager calls me back if I leave a message and he knowledge & care are priceless, she makes the difficult possible and easy for the client me, I don't feel like an Rx #, they are all great.

Absolute nightmare of a company to deal with. As background, I have a tracheostomy and cannot talk. Was hospitalized with pneumonia over a period of time where confusion with my employer allowed my insurance to lapse, so was stuck in the hospital just for antibiotic doses. Eventually asked the price to self-pay so I could leave a few days early. The hospital discharge planner was quoted $250/week for meds and supplies which I could afford, and was so desperate to get out that I agreed to it. We talked to the local office (via my dad) while still in the hospital and confirmed again with them that my total would be $215 to leave, they confirmed so I paid via credit card over phone, then found out my insurance had actually been reinstated within 15 minutes of hanging up. Called them back to let them know, but the drug had already been mixed and was out for shipment and they would need an extra day to go through insurance, so I said fine, send me an itemized bill so I can try for reimbursement. The local office is pleasant enough to deal with when you can actually get someone on the phone or have them call back. That weekend I got a text from an automated number stating I owed another $500, no explanation of why, no option for response other than a link to pay. Called but was directed to an off-shore call center who could not explain anything other than I owed another $500. We left them my insurance information and requested they bill through that, and asked for the itemized receipt again, only to be sent a piece of paper stating I paid them $215 without so much as a drug name or any explanation of what was paid for.Since then we have left insurance information with the local office at minimum of 7 times, each time being told no problem it would get billed. No claims have shown up on my insurance, and I continue to get nightly and weekend calls from the call center, only now they won’t speak to my parents at all because they say they need written permission and again, I physically cannot talk. They never leave voicemails. Continue to send bills and texts for the $500. We have yet another call in to the local office since they will at least talk to my parents but I’m losing hope in things ever getting rectified. If you have any option at all, save yourself the headache and avoid working with them at all costs.Addendum: after beginning this whole process over the Fourth of July week we finally have resolution in mid-October… thank you to the conflict resolution team for finally resolving the issue but the amount of time and energy required still makes me rate the company a 1/5 stars.

I have recently been under your care for four weeks. After a few little bumps in the beginning it was a good experience. If there were a negative I never got called when the medication delivery was to arrive. Sometimes it came late in the evening always in an unmarked vehicle. Just concerning. But on a good note. As a whole the nursing staff was good but on my last home visit 5/20 the nurse that came was exceptional. Joann Delprince. She was by far the best nurse that I saw. She was professional caring she answered all my questions. Explained how to dispose of any unused medication. I just wanted to commend her for a super job.

All of the staff has been very supportive. They are always extremely helpful as well as being incredibly kind. My daughter has needed infusion therapy a number of times, once even on a ‘last minute’ situation, and the staff went out of their way to ensure that it was accomplished on time. Also, all the providers have been incredibly pleasant, understanding and very patient. Infusion therapy can be complex, especially if the patient has problems with tolerating the dressings over the insertion site. They never made her feel that her issues were an irritation, but treated her with total understanding and kindness. I’m very impressed with the company and, if infusion therapy is ever needed again in the future, I would be more than happy to have Option Care be in charge.Linda Benjamin MD

Option Care is the best. My Father has been using their pharmacy for a month now, since he came home from the hospital. He needed a wound vac for his chest infection, and IV antibiotics. Everyone who works there, from the Pharmacists to the delivery drivers, are not only dedicated to their work, but compassionate and prompt. Chuck is the best Pharmacist I've ever encountered, and my Father could not be in better hands. The people in this location are so helpful with any questions I have, incredibly polite and quick to reach out regarding any information needed to get my Dad the care he needs. I would definitely recommend using Option Care to anyone who needs it.

I am beyond pleased with the service (Infusion) my son receives from option care. The staff is so accommodating & helpful. They guided us thru the entire process of getting his infusions set up to be done at home outside of his work hours. They made the process completely stress free & the nurse who came to our home was so pleasant & informative. Such a relief. Thank you so much... Sharlene, Kim,John & Joan you all deserve a big shout out for your care & compassion!
