“Got an opportunity to check out a mattress today at this store, as I've been mattress shopping for a while. I was fortunate to meet Bob sitting at the front counter. Not only was Bob professional but relatable and friendly. Outside of his great personality Bob was knowledgeable and helped me make a final decision on my new mattress. I initially wanted something cheaper, but based on his knowledge and recommendation, it all made sense. Although it was a bit out of the range I wanted, I have no regrets about the purchase. The wife was happy and that's the most important part. I'd definitely recommend the Hamburg store, especially if Bob is there.”

“John was absolutely amazing, even tho I was just buying a pillow he helped me find the best one in my price range and made sure it was perfect for me. He has a great personality and doesn’t shove things in your face like normal sales people he genuinely helps you find what your looking for. I loved my pillow so much I went to see him to buy another one a week later. Kyle was a lot of fun too we talked about getting our nails done!”
“Looking for living room furniture so I thought I’d buy local. When I went in the store, there were no other customers so the owner (?) and I took our time looking thru materials. He gave me some good information, we leisurely gabbed about things. It was a nice visit-like stopping in to see a friend. The set will come in about 6-8 weeks. I hope all goes well.”
“Save your paperwork! After a year the mattress has given up any support it had. It's now hard and the side has blown out. Great people to deal with put subpar product. *Update* They were extremely helpful sending me a copy of original purchase paperwork and sending how to receive a factory warranty. I'm unsure how the mattress failed seeing how my wife and I are not obese but with the customer service we received I'll definitely buy from them again.”
