I went to the Orchard park store today. I found what I was looking for. My wife noticed an air nailer was on clearance for $76. I asked the gentleman if I could purchase one. His system showed two. He glanced under the shelf and said they don’t have one. Then he said the Hamburg store has three. I said,” are they the same price?” He said yes. It was a great deal so we drove there. At that store I wait 20 minutes for an associate to find one. Only to be told it is $219. He said they put it on clearance if stock is low. What an incredible waste of my time! The original associate could have just said I’m sorry we are out, and left it at that. Horrible customer service. I even went back and all customer service did was tell me what isle and bay the product was in.

AWFUL. Beware. Do not purchase. Do not try installation or delivery. I will never shop at lowes again. Closed my card account... Trying to get installation after Lowes took my money.... Dear God. I was so frustrated by the run around, lies, confusion, and unhelpful people, i gave up after 2 months. SAVE YOUSELF the grief, frustration, and disappointment.

Incompetent workers. I stopped in to buy some rug by the foot, and a younger worker was helping another customer. The customer was trying to get specific rug, and the worker was being rude—and slow.
I walked up to three workers standing around. I asked for help. They said, “Only so many of us can use that machine.”
I came back and finally asked the flooring worker for help. She said, “It will be a minute, I’m spread between three departments.” Ten minutes passed. I came by flooring, and she was standing there looking at items and not helping anyone
I left the store and went to Home Depot to pick up what I needed.

When everyone was out of AC units during a heat wave Lowe's had them in abundance. They even brought it to my car and loaded it for me. They have ride on scooters for this huge store too.

Don’t buy major appliances from Lowes, they can’t get the dates of your protection plans right if you need to make a claim and the installers they contract out to can’t even install your appliances correctly. Now I need to waste more time and money to get it done right….

Purchased a new dishwasher for delivery and it was there the next day. Amazing! But l didn't check it out my fault ,my contractor installed it and it was the wrong color.However, the folks at Lowes took care of it because they delivered wrong unit. Thanks Matt, Ethan and Maddy OP store you guys are the best.

Hi Micky,
I am writing to inquire about the status of the Craftsman tractor that was picked up for repair under warranty over a month ago due to engine issues. This tractor has been problematic since the beginning, and it was delivered with gas in the tank, indicating prior use.
When I initially contacted Lowe's within the 30-day return period, I was misled by the salesperson and refused a return, which contradicts your stated return policy.
The return policy for this tractor seems unfair and potentially violates consumer protection laws. I am not a lawyer, but this situation appears unjust. Additionally, the tractor had a missing bolt on the seat, posing a significant safety hazard.
The store manager, Hamad (apologies if the spelling is incorrect), was extremely rude over the phone. As Lowe's phone lines are recorded, I have also recorded our conversation to protect my purchase.
I am documenting this issue to keep a detailed record. Since the tractor was taken for repair, I have had to cut the lawn four times at a cost of $240. I request reimbursement for these costs and a prompt return of the tractor. Receiving the tractor back during the winter renders it useless.
I purchased an additional warranty, demonstrating my intention to use this equipment for an extended period. However, the turnaround time for warranty and repairs was not made clear to me initially, and I am not willing to retain this tractor under these circumstances.
I request a full refund to avoid any further issues with this tractor. This email serves as a detailed record before I seek any legal advice on this matter. I have spent more than 20 hours trying to resolve this issue. I just do not have time to deal with this. All the call records and everything will be viral on social media if this is not resolved promptly.

I'm a residential remodeling contractor and my time is valuable but this location doesn't seem to care about that. I recently purchased a tub and surround that took an entire day for them to pull for me. I utilized the new AMAZING Lowes Pay (which none of their employees had any idea about). To make matters worse when i drove almost an hour back to my jobsite the corner of the tub was broken. So i brought it back to exchange it, but was told they cant and I would have to return the surround and tub even though the surround isnt broken. They refused to just swap out the tub so i get to spend another two hours of my day, one to drive there and one to drive back to return everything. Then i can just reapply for LowesPay and they will pull my order again. So i can kill like 3 hours of my work day because of their bogus return policies. This isn't my first issue with them and gave them the benefit of the doubt in trying to shop here but its become clear, Lowes isn't for Pros. I'll just take my business elsewhere.
