Worst service and billing I have ever experienced, they force you to use live chat - but don't have a human available for questions. If you call, you're on hold 30 minutes to 2 hours. They lied about my insurance coverage, then their billing vendor 'forgot' to bill me and I received a 3-month bill. There was no way to make a partial payment or talk to anyone about it, yet they sent their collections team to trying to get full payment. I bought my own sleep apnea machine and am returning theirs, and canceling the service. This is the worse AI/automated experience I've ever encountered.

Stephanie handled my emergency request for an oxygenator at a local hotel near my destination. She was knowledgeable and caring while solving my problem. The device will be delivered to my hotel and picked up after I leave.
In addition, she thoughtfully gave me a number to contact should there be problems after their offices closed.
This was a very positive experience. Thank you, Stephanie!

When you call for help they are very nice and helpful. I'm on oxygen and not that familiar with all the tanks. An instruction booklet would be so helpful! I wouldn't have to bother the office staff. My machine is so loud, banging and hissing. A booklet would let me know why.

I have no problem with service, I get my supplies in a reasonable time but the new web cite is poor, my last order wasn't recorded properly and some items that are needed are not listed, one being the gasket or seal for the regulator to be bottle. I CALLED (as in the telephone) my local suppler and the lady I spoke with was very kind and understanding she took my order and I had it the next day. Thank you for the great service Orchard Park

I used to have nice things to say about this service but lately my opinion is becoming a not so great one for this company. Mainly because of the automated phone service I'm stuck dealing with. There's supposed to be an option to speak with a live representative but when you choose that they stick you with the automated person who cannot answer the question I have. This is really ridiculous and extremely irritating. It's no way to run a company. Also twice now I was promised my oxygen cylinders on a certain day because I had an appointment coming up and I was assured I'd have it the day before my appt and they didn't come until after my appt. I can to cancel my appt on two separate occasions the day of the appt. Dr.s DO NOT like cancellations the day of an appointment. I'm becoming very frustrated with this company.

I am out of trek supplies at this point. Asked for delivery on Monday called again on Thursday called Friday they can't answer if they were sent so now im out of suction tubing, inner cannuals. They won't return calls and refuse to supplie what is needed so I can breath beware worst company.

The absolute worst company - do not waste your time, go somewhere else. They have no reps, billing issues, can’t get refills, can’t return equipment. It’s basically an answering service. They should be shut down.

I have nothing to do with this company and yet someone just dropped off a blood oxygen machine for a patient with paperwork. Had the patients name, personal phone number, ID number and everything. Not to mention that this was some rando on my front porch. Not a shipping company. The equipment wasnt in a box or shipped properly because if it was, it wouldn’t have ended up at my house. Now I’m worried about whoever didn’t get their medical equipment when it shouldn’t be my problem in the first place. Called the company and no one picks up the phone after waiting 30 minutes.

Reached out a last month about sleep apnea supplies after a recent diagnosis. I wish I had looked at the reviews before making contact but being the company has an office close by I figured I'd give them a shot. My first and only phone call to them the phone range for over 20 minutes before anyone bothered picking up. The person who did answer seemed like she knew absolutely nothing so any and all inquiries I had were not answered. I was promised a call back "soon" so further details could be discussed but "soon" came and went 3wks ago. I never heard back from Lincare and am not chasing a place down to get service. Not sure how this place keeps the lights on with such horrible customer service.
