Went to this car wash in op. Paid $14 to get a premium wash, Pulled in waited 5 min, nothing started, and pulled out and back around to call number located on front machine. Woman answered and said she would refund. Recieved this voucher for a $12 car wash in the mail. I am not interested in going back to go through all this for a car wash, no thanks!

Excellent car wash! The only negative was that the foaming brush had no soap. Otherwise, eccellent.

Went to one in Evans paid $12 drove in and squirted my car with water for 3 seconds then started drying. Then went right to the derby location paid $10 already frustrated and the bay door wouldn’t open. Absolute awful car washes. Don’t waste your money.

Go here all the time and never had a complaint until today. Went to second automated bay. Pay $16 plus tax and received a basic wash when I should have had and paid for a Premium wash with all the extras. It took about 3 minutes and didn’t light up giving me all my extras that I paid for. Tried calling customer service and number is out of service. Unhappy!

Accepts no credit so be sure you go there with at least 12 bucks in quarters or you will be sorry. But it's decent nonetheless.

Just went to this car wash on 10-17-23 and to start out to wash your car the cost $4 which I don’t mind but only gives you a handful of minutes so as I added more money a total of 3 more dollars the timer did not give me additional one minute per dollar as it stated on the sign!!! I tried calling the number to this business and it’s not in service. Very disappointed

No credit card access. Ran out of cash thinking they would have ATM available but no so my car had soap all over it and I couldn't finish washing my car.
