Was guoted service starting at $250 for standard PM to include oil change for a front-end loader. After the service, the coolant was left untouched and empty, and a hose was left disconnected. All for $2,500. Definitely overcharged.

Spoke with Tracy in Rental. Very unhelpful. As if she wanted me to rent from somewhere else..I will. I’ll go to someone’s who wants my $ not an easy work day.

I called about a tag bucket for an escavator on Aug 3rd. Was told to call Tracy who is the rep. For tag. She said she would have a sales guy call me. Waited till Aug 9th still no call. I called her again was told same thing that a sales guy would call me. It is now sep15th still no call. The asked what company I am from. I said I am not from a company I just have an escavator with the tag bucket system. I guess if your not a company they don't want to deal with you.

First class service for all your John Deere construction equipment parts, service and sales. I've dealing with them for years and have not been disappointed. If you need anything that is hard to find ask to speak with Russ and I'm sure he'll take care of you.
