Huge shout out to Mary the interim director! Under her leadership, Childtime Southwestern has been a welcoming and engaging environment my children are excited to attend. In addition to Mary, teachers such as Ms. Janet and Ms. Kassidy are faces we have seen for the last 5 years and trust implicitly. Thank you to all the staff who are there every day for our little ones!

My child picked up from daycare. The daycare claims he had a fever. Came home took his temperature normal. Lost time from work and pay. He came home the prior week with mouth hand and foot disease. Was never told it was going around. Was charged for those days he was not able to attend. Very dissatisfied with thisdaycare. Dontrecommend it. Money comes before the child's health here

Childtime is WONDERFUL!!! I started my youngest son here at 12 weeks, and Childtime cares for him like he is their own child. He loves going there, he is excited to see his teachers, and receives more development and learning than even I could offer him. I'm updated daily with his meals, changes, and pictures, and there is an almost always an art activity every week (like finger painting, etc) that has really developed his fine motor and coordination. The center also has parents-night-out about once a month, and even takes my 3 year old on those nights. He loves it there too! Great people who are educated and trained in child development, and love what they do!

We've loved it at Childtime! Children are engaged and teachers are always present and happy!!! Robin the director is wonderful to work with - so loving and caring, yet very professional. We've found Childtime to be a gem in the handful of daycare centers we've attended/visited in the past.

They don't care about the kids. They discriminate against low income families. Very rude, tried to over charge for a late fee I didn't owe. Extremely unreliable, have told me more than once while trying to drop my son off on his scheduled days that he couldn't stay because of staffing, which the staff should have been there if my child was scheduled to come in, no warning or nothing.

My children are learning so much and the staff are great. Especially Ms. Robin, Ms. Miranda and Ms. Meghan. I scouted several daycares and rhe Lord brought me to this one.
