“I've been with this branch since it was HSBC, before it moved locations. They always have a great, helpful, friendly staff. I'm on a first name basis with most of them now. The staff is great and there's not much turnover that I can see, so you get a great customer service experience pretty consistently here.”

OP is an uppity, real hoity toity kinda crowd so they are used to dealing with Karen’s. I’m not a Karen but I’d rather deal with nice people than the people at the Tonawanda branch who seem to have a problem for every solution.”

This branch has taken me from just depositing a weekly check, to opening CDs, to getting an auto loan, and now has gone above and beyond in assisting my mother with her banking needs.
