The team at Bank Street Auto & Truck went above and beyond from the very beginning. After being stuck in a tough situation, the owners went out of their way to ensure I was alright and had everything I needed to be comfortable. I truly felt like I was taken care of and in the best of hands.
I had interactions with members of their team and had an overwhelming feeling that the team was more of a family than individuals working at a business. That aspect definitely shows through in their quality work and attention to detail. Anytime during the process they were quick to answer and address any questions and concerns I had.

I took my Jeep wrangler here after an incorrect head gasket diagnosis at another shop. Jeff and his team quickly and accurately diagnosed the real problem (saving me thousands). The service was impeccable and prompt. I could not be happier and will be taking any further business to them.

I've been taking my car here for years and they have been nothing but AMAZING. I recently took it here due to an accident and I worked with Eric, he not only guided me through the process with insurance stuff but also reassured that the car would be fixed and kept me in the loop with everything. Honestly, no need to go anywhere else but Bank Street Auto. Quality work and great service/ staff.

I would truly love to say that this company here!! Was a true blessing. They came out at 1am I had kids in my car they waited helped me out big time. Then the issue with my car they handled very professionally. And fixed it in record time. I’m from out of state and to have someone care about you and your vehicle was very refreshing. Continue the great work guys. Especially you Jeff it was a true pleasure.

Incredible place, the airbag work is phenomenal, I had an issue with my rotor after repair and they fixed it really fast! Definitely would go back here!

We went to Bank Street after a deer collision, this place is amazing, the staff are super nice, the quality of work is exceptional and they even detailed the interior. I would highly recommend Bank Street auto to everyone ! Thank you to you and your staff, keep up the good work ??.

Make sure you have a back up vehicle cause they take forever to fix it. They tell you one thing & the same answer you keep getting is You need to come back. I had mine there for 2 weeks went to pick it up when they told us to come back. we just went in to grab it and yet again more excuses if you don't care how long they take to fix your car this place is for you!!

Truly very kind people, attentive to what the client wants, communicative, very professional work and very good quality, excellent work on my car, they always showed evidence of the parts they put on my insurance, I recommended my friend and he also They fixed the car and it was very pleased, I am very happy and grateful to them, I recommend them 100 percent.

I went to Bank Street to fix some damage to my lift gate and to fix paint that was scraped off two doors. I worked with Eric who was super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. As a non-car person, I had a ton of silly questions that Eric answered. Eric explained the process of what they’d do to fix my car and he gave me an estimate of how long it would take. Not only did they stick to that estimate but I got my car back early. The work done looks amazing and you can’t even tell something was wrong with my car. It looks brand new! I would highly recommend Bank Street to anyone that needs some work done on their car.Services: Painting

They do a good job in a timely matter. I'd go here for insurance work. Too expensive if you're getting work done out of pocket - charging close to 6-700 dollars for a pressed in wheel bearing, when other places charge 3-400, felt a little gougy.
