Pick up and drop off the same guy was rude and sarcastic I am disabled and he made me feel stupid because I had hard time hearing him I will never go back. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

I have used this rental agency many times and I continue to return because of the service first and price second. I am treated professionally, never pushed into something I don't want, offered choices and made to feel that my needs matter. Great Job!!

Never again! Would give it zeros if I could. First vehicle I was offered, was filthy inside and out, including a clump of mud and grass stuck in the crack of the bumper. When I opened the door, reeked of marijuana, hair, crumbs, and debris all over inside the vehicle. I went back in the office to tell the salesman where he gave me a surprise look and said he had just cleaned the vehicle. He then came out and said he would give me a coupon for Delta sonic across the street to get a basic wash and he would vacuum it out quickly. He also said he had a strong spray for odor eliminator. After watching his poor attempt for five minutes of vacuuming, including the dried tomatoes on the upholstery in the back, I said, I would not take this vehicle. I want another vehicle. he gave up the cleaning attempt, gave me keys to another vehicle that was filthy on the outside. Not as dirty on the inside as the last one, but again, far from being clean . and again reeked cigarettes. When I turned the key the engine light came on immediately along with tire pressure warning. all four tires were low, 30 and blow.!! I went back in the office, but I had to wait my turn as there was another couple complaining about the vehicle they were given….”dirty and smelling like smoke.” When it was my turn for a third time, I told him to give me any vehicle you have that does not smell like marijuana or cigarettes and I’ll get it cleaned myself. He then happily produced a set of keys to a vehicle which I drove across the street to Delta sonic and spent my own $ $75 getting it washed outside and steamed cleaned inside. By the way, Delta sonic did not except his coupon. It was expired. Ironically, there is a sticker on the dash of all the vehicles that says a $250 fine will be charged for any smoking in the vehicles or excessive cleaning that is necessary. I don’t know why he doesn’t keep everyone’s $250 and go get it cleaned at Delta Sonic across the street.My biggest problem with all of this was that his attitude was he was annoyed, exasperated by my “ pickiness” of the cleanliness of the vehicles.

Horrible experience. Site wouldn't let me pay so had to wait until I got there and still couldn't get a vehicle because I had a debit card. I don't have debt but don't have great credit and was still turned down. Ruined my entire trip and all of the thousands of dollars that I spent.It's a wonder that a small business turned down an $800 transaction. For basically 1 day.

After having a reservation for weeks and confirming on June 21st that my rental would be available on 6/24 I received a call at exactly 5:00 p.m. the night before that they gave my reservation to someone else that they had to quote "make some decisions" and "you only needed the reservation for one day while others needed it for multiple days" Not only did they not honor the reservation but they contacted me at 5:00 p.m. the night before making it impossible for me to find another reservation. I reported them to corporate which corporate did acknowledge this was an extremely poor experience but this seems to be a theme with this location. This location should not be dealing with the public at all.

Avis provided my parents with a rental with a tire that is so bald, the cording in the tire is showing. Please do a better job of giving these cars an inspection so that these routine maintenance items are checked prior to not just charging people for rentals, but you demonstrate genuine concern for the safety of your customers. We care about our family members and anger does not fully capture the dangerous situation that was created here.

Cars are filthy and the guy at the Or hard Park location has a take it or leave it attitude. They overcharge and have lots of hidden fees.

The last couple times I've rented, the people at the counter (when there is more than one) are absolutely miserable. They no longer show you how to turn on the windshield wipers or adjust the seat....or even show you where the car is. This time, we found ticket stubs and trash in the car when we picked it up, so they don't even clean them very well. The rubber on the windshield wiper was falling off and flapped the entire time I had it.

They had a very large assortment of vehicles to choose from. I chose a Honda CR-V, AWD. The rental agent suggested a weekly rate since I didn't know how long I'd be needing it and that if I returned it early, he could just charge me a daily rate. I returned it after three days. When a different agent cashed me out, he tried charging me the full week's rate of $446.00. When I pressed him and told him about the deal the other agent offered, he recalculated the rate and charged me $300.00, which included tax. You always need to pay attention to these people or you may end up spending much more than necessary.

A great experience!The vehicle selection was a real surprise,for the Price!Well maintained,inward out.The staff were direct,no spin or funny business.They also were extremely polite.Id rate this the best rental option a body could hope for.

Avis is AWESOME! Their prices beat ALL the others. Needed a rental for a week -$324!!! Cars are clean, personal are very helpful! I have rented from them numerous times and always have a great experience. Highly recommend!

Got stuck having to wait over one hour as agent Mark locked up and left to drive someone home and no other agent to cover when he left. We had boarder appt for 115 and we were beyond late, then a 90 minute wait at bridge. Put my wife and myself in bad mood to start our day trip off by almost 430 pm. Late night return for day and late getting next day started. It just started the whole weekend off on the wrong foot. Was told he should be fire by customer service for leaving, but was there upon return of van today.

Mark at customer service was terrific. He stayed after closing hours and helped get our rental. With so many issues that can come up with sold out cars and cancellations, I’m glad there is people like Mark that go above and beyond to help you out.
