“1st of all, I want to say, "CHEAP work isn't GOOD and GOOD WORK ISN'T CHEAP" With that said, let's begin.I originally took my RAM truck to a repair shop on Center road and Seneca St, in West Seneca. 1 mile from my apartment. Each time I took it there, they found something new they wanted to charge me for and stated, that if I didn't get the items repaired they suggested, they wouldn't do the other work at all? I was told, my Ram truck was "DANGEROUS" and "UNSAFE" to drive? Hmmm, I thought?Not happy with them at all. I felt like I was being "LEVERAGED" or "STRONGARMED" by them.I told my "HUNGARIAN" friend what I was dealing with and ask him if he knew of a reputable shop. I wanted to find a "GOOD, HONEST" shop to do my repairs and he said, "He knows a place" I thought, here we go as he's quite the personality, however I "TRUST" him completely. He never gave me "BAD" advice in the past.The guys here were completely honest with me and the repairs were done within the two (2) days, as stated.The repairs were extensive:- Both front hubs- Upper front ball joints both sides- Front sway bar pins- Tie rod ends both inner and outer- Front struts- Rear shocks- Brakes pads and rotors all the way around- Four new tires, mounted and balanced- Front end alignmentIt's been about 6 weeks now and I am still VERY PLEASE with the work they completed for me. Rides and drives like a new truck again...In the future, I will have them work on my truck even though, they are clear across town from me. 2 thumbs up. I will never go anywhere else for tires because I've been ripped off by nearly every other place I've gone and have never been treated as well as I've been treated at Big D. When I woke up to a flat this morning. I immediately went into panic mode trying to find tires to fit my car. Even though they were booked solid they said they would squeeze me in so I'm not stranded and talked me off the ledge. Their prices are extremely reasonable and fair and they have the best quality tires around. I promise if you go to Big D for tires you won't regret it.”

“I had a dead battery that was under warranty on a Saturday at 3:00 in the afternoon. And I live very far from the West Herr Subaru where I bought my car. I stopped by another West Herr in Amherst and of course that wasn't where my car needed to be. But I must tell you that every single person I dealt with at West Herr Toyota was nicer and more helpful than the one before!!! They gave me a car to drive out to Orchard Park where I was given a loaner and they had my car towed to the West Herr Subaru that would cover the warranty. Truly above and beyond level of care and service from start to finish throughout this entire experience. Nicole, in the service department, kept me updated not only on the progress of my car but the weather conditions there!! Linda at the front reception desk was always pleasant and helpful in person and on the phone. In fact not one person in any location was anything but kind and helpful. “Bought my SUV from Towne about 8 years ago and have all my car maintenance done at their service center. I used their online scheduling option to set up an appt for my brakes to be looked at. Received text messages to remind me of my appointment - really like this service! Dropped my car off and later that day received a text with a full video of what was found with my brakes and other issues discovered. Having the video and the service tech describing what the issues are is a great addition to the already wonderful customer service I receive at Towne. The Service tech communicated with me the progress and was courteous and thorough. I highly recommend the service center here! And when Im ready to buy another car, it will be thru Towne.”
