Very consistent with good pricing and customer service is nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and the windows open up so much you feel like you're on a porch. I love this place.

This was the dirtiest hotel Ive ever been in, horrible service and I was never granted back my refund due to this matter. So basically your house keeping staff thinks it’s okay to have guests sleeping in another guest’s dirty mess. I’m so appalled. And I’m hurt, because basically that’s what you’re telling me that I’m worth a filthy stay. I’m a very angry customer due to this matter. So I’m rating this hotel with no star because none is deserved.Noteworthy details: Filthy/Dirty

For thosethat don’t want to read and have short attention spans JUST DONT BOOK!Where do I begin! Well I guess I should of known something wasn’t quite right when I pulled into the parking lot and there were only about 5 cars. Odd I said to myself. So the whole purpose of this trip was to go somewhere different that wasn’t to far and since it’s summer I wanted a place with a pool. I found one here. I thought this is perfect! Or so I thought. I walk in to check in and mind you I called ahead of time to reserve cause their website wasn’t working properly. I walk in and it looks beautiful! I was like ok this isn’t bad. Then as I’m checking in I tell her “wow empty parking lot” she said oh yeah that’s cause there’s no cable (can you guys just see where this is going?) lol so I said ok so do I get a discount? She reluctantly said no. I asked what happened she said it’s water damage that got to the wires or something. So since I was really there for the pool I said F it it’s ok cause I’m gonna enjoy that pool that’s what I came for. So I check in and she says I’m closer if I park to the back. So off I go. Immediately as soon as I open the door I look down at the carpet and knew it wasn’t gonna be good ( for those that travel and stay in different hotels u already know by just that one look at the floor of an entrance door) so without further a do… The List1. Mold and Mildew Smell EVERYWHERE2. Stains ALL over the hallway carpet3. Walls in hallway coming apart (literally)4. Floors coming apart5. Room not cleaned properly6. Baby roaches (makes u wonder where the big ones are)7. Pool-> NOT LIKE PICTURES (they tide a tarp to poles for a shade area) ghetto!!!!8. I mean do I really have to go on? The only thing clean in this place was the pool, like surprisingly very very clean pool.Ok guys there u have it. I’m never too good for a place I’ve been fortunate enough to understand both sides of the fence. However this is unacceptable!! I usually read reviews as u can tell I love to give them. But I didn’t this time and boy do I regret it lol. Oh and it use to be a Holiday Inn and that’s the catch to faulty pictures you see.So if ever your on the run this is the perfect place!

Only one person named Bertha, was of any help. The rooms were tacky with grime, some towels dingy and one caked with detergent, sink bowl hadcrud in it. Too much money for the low quality of this place. USB outlet broken. Man at desk wouldn't help me. Only Bertha did on second morning.Rooms: The only thing that was clean was the bed. Its sheets were clean, pillows were clean. There was grime towards the backs of furniture. Sink bowl had white crud.

Room was spacious and clean, but shower and toilet didn't work. Not good. Refused to take money off bill.

This was the horrible stay. The rooms were not that great. The sink faucet was falling off. When you flush the toilet it was making a loud noise and was clogged. It was only for one night and we were so tired so had to adjust. In the morning I overheard someone canceling their 2nd day reservation so even other rooms were horrible. Not a good place to stay.Rooms: The worst.

Horrible experience here. To give an idea of how bad it was I was booked for 3 nights and left after the 1st knowing I was going to lose out on the money I had prepaid for the stay. I can get past outdated decaying decor but not the disgusting conditions of the room: Roaches, dirty floors, and stained furniture. The day was also very rainy and I was on the 2nd floor (top floor) and had a puddle on the bathroom floor. We complained and they switched us to another room. This room thankfully had no roaches but the floors were even dirtier. Hair balls, crumbs, old sock and a random water bottle under the bed. The heat in this room did not work. It was so late and we couldn't leave because we were tired from a long drive so we decided to deal with it for the night and would try a different room in the morning. The final straw was at 2 in the morning the bathroom starts makes a loud grinding sound that lasted a good 15 secs and woke us up. It would do this again at 6am. I recorded it because I had never heard a bathroom make a noise like that before. In the morning, I played it for the front desk attendant and she didn't look surprised. I could tell she knew what it was and did not want to say. Ultimately, this experience thought me an expensive lesson. Stick to name brand hotels.

Asides from location and friendly staff, DO NOT STAY HERE. Bed bugs, dirty sheets and towels, dirty appliances. Dirty shower with mold. Stained couch stained carpet. Did not get a refund.Rooms: HorribleSafety: A little sketch

They are so untrustworthy. They use excuses after excuses to not pay my two hundred dollar deposit back. From twice stay. Now two month gone pass by still haven’t refunded the deposit. Anyone staying in there need to take care for your own money. They are con and dishonest business. Don’t stay there is the best safe choice.

Needed to stay here in a pinch. Massive cockroach found in the hallway. The bed collapsed from under me while sitting down. Wallpaper falling off the walls in the bathroom. Both printers in the business center were broken and out of paper. However staff was able to assist with a new room print what I needed in their office and squash the cockroach. Still a gross hotel.
