Absolutely horrific customer service. I have been a client of Robin's for years. I own a business in Rockland County, and her company has put the decals and logos all over my front door as well as inside my business. I've always put up with her curtness when it comes to communication. She recently installed a QR code on my door that doesn't work. She didn't check it after installation and has taken over a week to replace it. She wants to play a blame game as opposed to just simply re-printing, correcting, and installing. I would never recommend using her as she doesn't understand client relationships, customer service, or how to be respectful to people that patronize her business.

We have had the pleasure working with Robin and her team for 16 years. We have never ever had a problem with her work or deadlines. Not many sign shops left in the industry and she has shown why she is one of the best.

Came in today for a grommet installation a sign. They installed them in less than five minutes; I didn't even have to come back to pick it up! Will definitely coming back here for my signs from now on.

This is the only place in Rockland to get signs, truck lettering, business cards, shirts, hats etc. Use any other sign company and you'll regret it!
