Don't count on Dynamic Productions or Kevin O'Brien for a show, as they'll cancel your entire production on a whim at the last second.We'd been working for close to 2 months on specs, gear, and pricing for a major Halloween event. While going over the gear list and pricing, gear we had been assured was on hold and confirmed for us, Kevin/Dynamic cancelled the entire reserved gear with a simple "sorry, can't support you on this show" just 10 days before the event, leaving us high and dry with no options or solutions.Not a great way to treat a longstanding customer.I'd be worried if you've got something important booked with them as they apparently couldn't care less to cancel your entire reserved gear and leave you hanging shortly before your event.

Disappointed. They made a big mistake during our event and did not acknowledge it. Then, once I complained, they took a day to reply and told me there was no reason for what happened. When I did not accept their response, they accused me of calling them a liar. Unprofessional!

Nice guys who work in the shop. Dynamic is like a family. They yell at each other and pretend like they are mad at each other, but they secretly, deep down inside, love each other and cry a little bit every time they leave each other to go home from work.
