This branch of Chase is absolutely the worst, without a doubt. The manager, a man named Kareem Hack, is extremely rude and lacks any professional knowledge. He actually refused to issue a cashier's check to a customer who has had an account with Chase for decades. Throughout the entire process, he behaved irrationally and unprofessionally. I eventually had to go to another Chase branch to get the cashier's check. When they heard about my experience, every bank employee was shocked. If Chase continues to let such a person lead this branch, I believe it won't just be a loss for the customers. Chase's reputation and prestige will be tarnished by this person.

I would give them negative stars if I could. The manager is a c*nt and if you hate big corporations and you bank here, you are what is wrong with this country. They didn't even review my evidence before discarding me.

Not a customer service oriented branch. Very rude customer service ESPECIALLY THE MANAGERS. The Asian American woman is not great either. In my humble opinion, the higher ups in Corporate should be aware of this. I came into the branch one day to cash a Cashiers check at the counter and was rudely dismissed by the Manager and passed on to a Representative. I think they (Managers) rate you on the size of your Bank account and decide whether you are worth helping. Some serious changes need to be made here. Thank you.

This is one of the worst bank branches I’ve ever had the misfortune to interact with in my entire life.

Have been a chase customer for 20+ years. Never have I encountered such unprofessionalism at a branch trying to get a bank check.

Grace, the manager does not possess the skill set to be in the position of having g any direct contact w/customers. Nor does Nancy, the Asian teller.

Good gracious, I never have conflict with people, and today I could NOT avoid a heated problem with the branch manager whose name (misnomer) is Grace. I could sense right away that she would be difficult, from the way she made me wait even though she didn't seem busy. I had some paperwork difficulties, but she was so obstinate and rude. She absolutely refused to help me, and kept repeating the same line over and over, even when I said to her, "I understand, please stop repeating yourself and help me find a solution!" By the time I left (without getting what I needed), I was absolutely shaking with anger! Can't wait to whip up my letter to her supervisors.

I've been a loyal chase customer for over 10 years going to over 100 chase branches everywhere in the NY and NJ state . I've never experienced anything that fits the "racial prejudice" line until I went to this particular branch. I was expecting some professional courtesy when going to take care of a issue and instead I'm getting the total opposite of that in ways of me a, BLACK MAN getting like a typical vibe from three Caucasian tellers where 2 of them didn't even bother to help but instead got a stare like as if I'm about to rob the damn place. The one that decided to do my transaction was giving me like a "Chase for dummies" type of tutorial. She even had the nerve to ask me "how come I couldn't do this transaction over the ATM?". I'm so glad that I cycled out the racial antagonistic vibes because quite honestly I have places to go, people to see and things to do. I don't got time to reenact a common situation that has been a national and ongoing issue everywhere. From now on, I will only do my transactions around my way. This place needs to be either cleansed with new management or it'll end up EXACTLY like the other Chase branch a couple blocks along Orangeburg Road. highly unprofessional, unproductive and predictable as well.
