Dylan was like a detective on the case when it came to the mystery of being able to send texts but not able to receive them. He took the time to investigate possible solutions. I was highly satisfied with his depth of knowledge and significant time spent on solving the problem.

Laronzo was the best most helpful and so knowledgeable about my tablet and phone also so kind and patient with me answering all my questions----I had a lot of questions. Verizon should be proud and lucky to have such a great representative in there wonderful organization. Thank you so much.

Twice now I've had a problem with my phone... Ethan fixed my phone and today Tyree helped me today both men are wonderful and patient and helpful...they have great products and promotions. They are the Verizon store to go they are located in Top's plaza in Ontario NY
