People not trained properly on how to send out packages to je tracked. I have NEVER been asked to put a return address on a any mail I have ever sent! The woman clearly should not be working there. Calling tor report again. This post office is a mess, has been for years. You got people working there on a power trip!

My experience with this post office over the years has been great. Very patient with me whenever I come in for assistance and amazing delivery service. They even ring my doorbell sometimes when dropping off packages because I live in a complex. Appreciate all that this post office does! Thank you!! God bless you guys that go above and beyond!

I am reporting this location first thing tomorrow. You can not collect the mail in those collection boxes outside and not scan or or do anything with them for 2 days. That is so rude. I have a bills with tracking I dropped off midday monday, called the companies to let them know they are on the way. They should have been scanned at 245 or 4 or 9 the next day but it still says awaiting usps you guys collected it and its just been sitting there for two days!!! monday at noon and its 6pm on wednesday/ I am reporting you office you need to collect, scan and move that mail just like any other mail. If you cant handle the traffic maybe you should bring it up to your postmaster. Shame on you.

I dropped off a fedex or ups package here by mistake and figured it was gone forever once I realized what happened. 3-4 weeks later it arrived in my mailbox. I was very grateful

Package was lost, postmaster is rude and insulting. Avoid this post office at all costs. Will be shipping with private shippers to avoid giving them any further business.

Mail from Ontario and their neighbor town Walworth is sorted here. I believe their pickup times are 12 and 5pm from their dropboxes. Their service is fair. They do make mistakes from time to time. You can't beat the price though. I believe this facility was built in the 80s is my recall.
