The staff are always helpful and the store is very well kept. It's much more like the hardware stores I grew up with compared to the big box places we have today.

Once I found someone to help me they were excellent and very knowledgeable in their product knowledge. I have a pet that needs special food and they were knowledgeable about all the different foods In which food would be best for my dogs allergy. Unfortunately the food that they recommended at the Newark store they did not have in stock. They suggested I go to the one in Ontario, New York and they did not have it in stock either. She did look up the date for the next shipment. I think because they give you a free 5oz package of their brand of dog food. They said their brand is equivalent to science Hill dog food. The cost of Tractor Supply Dog Food is little bit cheaper.. So for picky dogs go try their 5oz bag size of dog food the first bag is free. My dog is still being picky so I will keep trying to find the right food. She is allergic to Chicken,peas and carrots.

Yesterday I stopped into Tractor Supply, probably about 5:45 to get my dogs a couple of toys and I noticed that there were a few suspicious men in the store staring and almost following me. I am a young and what I would consider an attractive girl so I got worried that these men had bad intentions. I told the 2 cashiers that I was going to wait inside until they left because I felt uncomfortable. One of them acknowledged that these men were strange and the other one (I did not catch his name) was nice enough to walk me to my car to make sure I got there safely. This a kind and very appreciated gesture!
