I love the Ontario tops! They're clean almost always stocked in everything essential for groceries. I am very very disappointed ? about their hour change coming up on the 8th of September. No consideration for those of us who do not work the typical day jobs. I absolutely hate shopping at Wegmans. But I feel like I'm going to be forced to.

Don't waste your time at the deli the employees try to look busy and walk away to see who helps a customer first. All grown adults as well. Bunch of bums

I just spent over $100.00 at Tops in Ontario. The cashier Joshua handed me my receipt and said “have a nice day”. I looked at him and said “you’re welcome”. He looked at me like I had two heads. On my way out I mentioned it to another employee and she laughed at me. I didn’t catch her name. I told her I didn’t think it was funny. It’s rude and disrespectful. All of your employees should say THANK YOU to every customer like they are taught in training. (It’s very rare). Also my receipt says I earned 6 Monopoly tickets but he didn’t give me any. Come on, Tops YOU CAN DO BETTER WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We shop here on a regular basis. Convenient as we live close by. Very friendly & helpful staff. If you run out of something we need we always ask for a dept. manager who assures us that they will handle our issue. Appreciate the Pharmacy esp. Brandon! Great customer service!!

I didn't know this could happen but I found expired water in one of my tops water cases. Without knowing I drinked it and it tasted and smelled like expired milk. I also noticed this green one in the case with the rest. It's also unopened so no I didn't put food coloring in.

My daughter and hubby love their birthday cake. It was delicious and so beautiful everyone wanted to know where I got the cake from.They always do their best. They will make you happy. My twins' baby shower cake was on fire, my guesses were "Wow where did you order this cake from." Well, it is always Tops.

I ordered a cake for my son 1st birthday party. The design that I asked needed something that they did not have at tops. So I asked them to surprise me with a design and the decorator make my jaw drop when I saw this cake it was sooooo beautiful and she gives me the colors that I asked for. It was very nice. Everyone was asking where did I order the cake.

Everytime I go to return my bottles/cans, the bins are full. The room smells & is filthy. I was told to “ring the buzzer” on the wall and someone will come out. I have done that several times. Gave up, called the store, was told someone would be right out. 15 minutes later I call again only to be told they were short staffed & the only person to change the bin was on break. I asked why she couldn’t have just told me that the first time and I would have come back later. No response. Place is going downhill, too expensive to buy anything there unless it’s on sale. No one seems to care anymore. It’s sad.
