i worked there for a year and a half the management i experienced is horrible and so is the staff. the place is run down and is disgusting. the kids sleep stuff is under the sink filled with mouse dropping and it smells like dead mice. there's mouse droppings all over the counter, and in the kitchen. i've also walked in the kitchen watching mice run across the silverware the kids use to eat. the staff there are extremely rude to the kids and abuse them. there is this one teacher that is lead teacher in the infant room that i've seen abuse the babies and give them bruises. i went to the director and owner and they didn't do anything. i don't recommend working there or bringing ur kids there.

I had such and incredible experience at Rhyme Tyme! Ms. Erin is nothing short of amazing! She puts so much effort into what she does say in and day out! She cares so much about the kids there at Rhyme Tyme as if they are her own! Communication was always great as well! My daughter loves Ms. Erin!

Rhyme Tyme is amazing! My daughter attended UPK there and is now attending for before and after school care. The staff is wonderful and always happy to see the kids. My daughter got on the wrong bus in the beginning of the school year and they were so quick to call. 10/10 great place!

Their policy states that if your child has 5 or more incident reports in a six month period, it authorizes them to dismiss your child from their program. Understood and fair. But what isn’t understood or fair is only having 3 incident reports since July of 2022, but being told that your child is being dismissed from the program because of the incident reports. I called and spoke with who was in charge who proceeded to talk over me while expressing my concerns and when asked that she stop trying to interrupt me, she responds with “Nobody is interrupting you” while also trying to say she understand the frustration.Do you understand the frustration of a policy being change to 3 incidents in a 6m period is grounds for dismissal from 5 reports in 6m and put into effect the day your child get their 3rd report? Without any prior notice that the policy is going to be changed.

Our son attended Rhyme Tyme for several months. Initially he enjoyed going (2 half days a week) as he had made a few friends. My wife and I were a bit skeptical as there would only be 1 piece of work they had done in his mail box every 2 weeks and when talking with his teacher she explained he didn't want to do anything and he should attend more days, while continuously rolling her eyes like a child. When dropping him off each day he would have to go to another teachers room b/c his teacher was never in her own classroom. About a month before we pulled him he was pretty upset when I picked him up saying Mrs. L .. Threw a toy over the wall he was playing with. We didn't think much of it , he's 3 and may not have understood maybe it just fell. But thinking about it this teacher scolds two girls in her class 99% of the time I pick him up over the smallest things (keep in mind they are 3). The last 2 weeks of his time there our son would be crying hysterically in his bed before I even had to go wake him repeatedly saying I don't want to go to school, it scares me she yells at my friends a lot, I don't want to go. Then when dropping him off he would run out of the class in tears , shaking and try and get me to take him home. The last straw was I invited my mother to come and drop him off with me to see if she could calm him when we had to leave, my mother was talking to Mrs . L.. And she had the nerve to roll her eyes at her also, on top of that it was the twins birthdays so they had tiaras that said its my birthday. Well one of the girls wasn't wearing it Mrs. L.. Told her if your not going to wear it get rid of it. So with that being said we pulled our son out and never received a call from anyone in charge to see if everything was ok.With that being said the next week we enrolled our son in another school down the rd. After each end of the week there are on average 9 projects he has done that week in his mailbox, he asks if he can go to school , tells me you can leave now and the teachers yes teachers (there are two in his class b/c there are 14 kids there not 3 kids) don't roll their eyes and complain to us. I wish Mrs .L .. Could see how much he does when he not frightened. We did take her advice he's enrolled more days at school since they actually have a set curriculum and teach daily even when the bigger schools have off.this is a great place if you want a baby sitter but if you care about you kids education and don't want to frighten them of school before the real thing starts that they will be at for 12 years I'd look elsewhere.

Wonderful teachers. Been going here since our oldest was in Pre-K and keep coming back for each kid after. Teachers are over qualified and love what they do! Ms. Erin and Ms. Anika treat kids like their own, love them!
