I blew a tire on my way to the Adirondacks on our boat trailer. They were very accommodating to get me a new tire and mount it right immediately so we could get on our way to our vacation. They went above and beyond with their service and willingness to help.

Easiest experience. Never bought a trailer before. Walked in, picked one out, and was on the road in 20 mins. Super friendly staff and the salesman steered me towards exactly what would work for me.

Brooks trailers in Ontario was great to deal with. Everyone I spoke to there was helpful, polite, and friendly. They helped me to order a new race car trailer to fit my needs, and answered all my questions. Very happy with my trailer! Brooks will get my business again.

Last year when I first purchased my tiny 13’ travel trailer and needed it serviced, I took it to various places that just did weird, sloppy fixes and missed a dangerous condition passing it’s inspection with no regard to it’s actual condition.
Luckily I tried Brooks and not only did they perform the requested maintenance but they noticed the tires were completely unsafe as I was about to head out on a solo cross country trip.
The final bill was absolutely fair, actually less than expected-so this year I went straight to them. They got it in quickly, went above and beyond, still fixing other people’s shoddy work. I now know it’s safe and up to date now having been taken care of there.
The entire crew is very friendly as well (even the sweet dog)- so it’s a win-win. I highly recommend this place. After experiencing some of the other choices out there I know I’ve found the one reliable place I can trust year after year.

Paul McNamara has been taking care of us @GreenSpark Solar for several years now. We have purchased probably 7-8 trailers, from small to large. Couldn't ask for better service and help than I get from Paul. We will continue to do business with Paul & Brooks FDT for years to come, I hope.

Wether it is a repair or buying a new trailer Paul has always treated us like family. Stopped in yesterday to drop off a deck over trailer for repair and left with an additional trailer at a fair price.
It is refreshing to see an employee with such dedication act as an owner of the establishment with both parties interest in mind.

This place is the best. They have always been so very helpful with any questions I have ever had about anything to do with a trailer or hauling one. They actually did hook up a trailer hitch with wiring installation as well. Very reasonably priced. And I have to give a shout out to Carrie, Terry, Sue and the newest addition, Bailey. I was looking for someplace to have some maintenance done (repacking bearings) on my small travel trailer. I called a few places but was sold by the very friendly receptionist at Brooks. I was hoping to have it in and out the same day and they were the only ones that took appointments. I wasn’t happy how low the trailer had been sitting so they switched the hitch for me and while servicing the bearings discovered my tires were cracked. This would have been a disaster with a cross country trip coming up. Prices were fair, the people were so friendly and I’m confident the trailer is safe. I’m so grateful and appreciative. I highly recommend!

Things went well as I dropped my utility trailer off after a car hit it on Saturday. Needs some steel structure work, a new right fender, forward axle,wheel and tire. Later on Monday was told it would take 4 weeks or more to get an axle. Not happy at all. I use that trailer everyday for my work. Factory Direct is still my place to go.

The service was above and beyond what I expected. I took a horse trailer in for inspection. Everything got fixed right a way and the bill was VERY inexpensive. When I went to pick it up a driver pulled out into the lot to make it easier for me to hook up. HIGHLY recommended.

Great locally owned business with friendly customers service! Made purchase of our new Load Rite utility trailer within 1 hour start to finish including all DMV related paperwork. They were even nice enough to throw in a few hats and a half-priced spare tire with our purchase. Highly recommend supporting this local business for your next trailer, parts, or service!
