“I called B&C to install a shock conversion kit for my 1949 Chevy 3100 5 window pickup truck. They got me right in because I had some personal business to attend to. They were very easy to work with and very accommodating. I wasn’t sure if they did smaller jobs but they do and treat them just like any other job. Their work is impeccable. The shop is amazingly clean. They are highly skilled and do the job right, no shortcuts. The owners are super and the staff are very polite.My truck had the old lever type shocks now I have new tube shocks and my truck rides like a dream. Not just because of the shocks but because of the correct installation. The cost of this job was very fair. I thought it was worth every penny. “I needed a replacement for a piece of trim above the speedometer for my mothers car that I originally took out to customize and it sounds really stupid but the dog actually got ahold of it I have been trying to find this little piece of trim for 2 years now and have had no luck thankfully yesterday I went into the premium auto parts and I was lucky enough to find a matching car for the piece that I needed I was so happy when one of the gentleman in the office went out of his way to personally go get it off the car for me as silly as it was I’m very thankful to receive help from this facility.?”

“These guys really know how to put a car back together after a crash. I just picked up my escalade after some collision work to the rear end and it looks just as perfect as they day I bought it. They replaced the rear bumper rear tailgate and some various other parts and it looks amazing plus all the functionality is back since its a Cadillac and has a million sensors and computers in it making it even more of a challenge to put back together correctly. “I will for now on ONLY shop here for my auto needs! The assistant manager is amazing! I have a what I think is a big family with 4 kids so money is tight! We called anither store first who said they could.get the parts for us but would have to wait till Monday to get them in! Napa in geneva was my last hope and frankly wish I would started there!! When I called the guy not only had the parts I needed he offered to at first price match and then without me asking he beat the other places store by a considerable amount! Now I doubt this is an everytime thing but man it was needed right now! I wish I got his name , the invoice paper say employee number 64! Wanta say it was Steve! Either way great experience coming here and they earned a customer with a small gesture like that! Even the young kid working the register took the x4 rotors out to my SUV for me without me asking. You just don't see customer service like this!”

“Went to go someplace at 8:45 last night and my battery was cooked. Tried to jump it, she was toast. I had a full day ahead, bringing my oldest to summer camp, DRs appointment, needed to get to work right after…legit my next day was doomed with driving arrangements. Called Advanced in Ontario at 8:57 (3 minutes before close) and was in desperate need for a battery. Manager on duty said he would stick around just so I could come in after hours. Here I sit with a vehicle that’s now good to go, which means I can carry on with my day tomorrow. That means something. Shout out to the shop in Ontario and the guys working on the evening and of 6/27/23. Your courtesy saved my bacon. You didn’t need to do that but you did.
