This shop made our unfortunate flat tire a fun and mercifully quick pitstop. They saw that we were on a long road trip with two small kids, and staff showed the kids what they were doing -- and they did it lightning quick! We SO appreciated how kind and thoughtful they were, and we made the rest of our journey safely because of them. Can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience. Tony, Ronnie, and Christina were helpful and thoughtful with all the work I needed done. I have an old 1998 4Runner that I love, and I’m careful to ensure I have the right mechanics working on it. They replaced the steering wheel, removed a dent from one of my rims, rebalanced and aligned the wheels and steering. It rides better than it ever has.

Excellent auto care. We came from out of town on a road trip and needed an emergency check up and the staff was super friendly, informed and QUICK! As someone who doesn’t know much of anything about cars they explained everything very well and didn’t take any advantage of us. We are making a 5 hour trip safely after stopping at Vic’s Service.
