Customer service is very understanding. I don't want my packages delivered anymore. I will pick up my packages at the Oneonta station.

The service is amazing, the staff is always helpful, positive and efficient. I've use this service a lot and I have never had a problem they were not willing to help me with. I always walk out with a smile.
