Tom is really terrific. He can change up your workout if you need or want to try something a little different. I went to Silver Sneakers for 5 years with no results. After only a few months training with Tom I had better muscle tone, more stamina and I've lost 15 pounds. I've been going to Tom for nearly 5 years and I hope to keep going as long as I can drive to Oneonta.
