I went into there a few days ago to purchase a drink before I go into work in morning. ( I was only customer in store it time) I got up to counter to pay for my item and the clerk ( Tina) had her phone in her hand and and said she'll be right back. I was standing at counter ready to pay. Clerk ( Tina) was in the back getting a drink for herself. Scanning app on her phone. Took 5 minutes if my time and left me standing. It wasn't professional, and she took care of herself first before costumer. I don't even want to go back if I get treated unfairly.

Mixed feelings about this place. Feels gritty and cluttered. Staff pleasant. I do love the fountain drinks!

I wanted to check gas prices so I got the most for my money and was hung up on! Horrible customer service.

Bad service no bags for purchases and no paper for gas receipts.Nothing like Hess for quality!

Doesn't stay open until 12am on weekends like advertised they are closed by 10-11pm or when the attendant chooses to close

Not Very Happy, Used Mens Bathroom And Went To Wash Hands,,,No Paper Towels To Use And Air Hand Dryer Didn't Work. Told Staff But They Didn't Care....

Don't say you are open 24 hours when you are not. I went to speedway on Oneida st in Oneonta New York on may 17 at 4:09 am and they were closed. If you look on their website it states “open 24 hoursâ€. Signed by an upset customer!

One of the better speedway locations always enjoy going in their. The employees do everything they can to make it one of the best speedways in the area
