Scheduled the appointment a full week prior for a known recall issue. Yet you didnt have the parts to repair it forcing a second visit 35 miles each way.

HORRIBLE!!! DONT GO HERE if you value your life!! I give no stars worse dealership service Ever Especially the service department!!!! I wish I would have never bought my vehicle here!!!! I asked them to give my vehicle a total look over and tell me what ALL needs to be fixed and after a month of appointments back and forth hours of waiting they never told me my emergency brakes weren’t hooked up and my breaks where leaking amongst a whole host of other things wrong and charged me $400 and $1500 and told me my breaks where fine! I could go on and on but this was terrible!

I am from out of state so this was my 1st visit to Royal. I was greeted immediately when I walked in. Staff was very freindly and professional. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation appointment. I was in and out in about 55 minutes.

I am giving a 1 star review for my experience with the parts department. I ordered parts for my Ram. They told me the parts would arrive in 2-3 days. I called after 3 days and the girl at the counter said there was no parts ordered. I told her I have the invoice that shows I paid $800. So, I decided to go there and there was a guy at the counter who told me it will be another 2-3 days. It makes me believe they forgot to order them because otherwise they would have said it would arrive any day instead of saying another 2-3 days like they originally said. I called the Cobleskill Dodge dealer and they will have everything done on Monday. From now on, I will use the Cobleskill Dodge dealership for all my needs.

Royal is a great dealership. This is the second used car we have purchased from them and the third rime we have interacted with their sales department. Chris was great at helping us to find a car that fit our needs without being pushy. Tony and Ed were also wonderful to work with. Thanks again!

Another OVER PRICED dealership. Steering rack for 2012 Jeep Liberty your price $908. Thru Advanced Auto $220 less promo savings bringing the steering rack down to $165. SERIOUSLY?!?!? Unbelievable.

I was not going to write a review, but since you keep sending me these messages, here it goes. What type of comment should a person leave when, upon picking up their car, they are driving down the road and the wheel flies off their car into oncoming traffic which has to cross over into your lane to avoid hitting the tire? This was very frightening, and I honestly believe that any service station that refers to itself as « 5 star » should have the basics of properly putting a tire on a car. I will say that, so far having only driven the car once since repairs were made, the repairs seem to be fine. I also appreciate the loaner car we were given.
