Had to constantly chase down the sales guy after our initial contact. Emails went unanswered even when we were crystal clear that communication in important to us and they agreed. I can't imagine how they handle warranty issues.

Great work by Oneonta Window and Door. Doors and windows are beautiful and there are absolutely no drafts. Work was done professionally and they even fixed the rot from the old windows. Staff were professional and I am really happy with the entire process. I highly recommend Oneonta Window and Door.

No customer service!!I called this store mid-day on Friday July 31 2020 inquiring about Sierra Pacific Windows for our home. The woman told me that a sales rep would contact me. Our call was finally returned 1 week later on Friday August 7 2020 at the end of the day. The woman rep said she was on vacation, GREAT, what about the customer? Why was no one covering for her? I explained that just this afternoon we purchased our windows from another source. Even though, she insisted on giving her phone extension number out so we could contact her. Why would we want to?
