I don’t know how to get my online banking to work so I never know how much $ I have in the bank so it pisses me off inside I need help but with this whole COVID 19 it’s hard to talk to someone to fix my problem

This bank is shady don't do business with them!!! I've had to report them to the better business bureau. I have a personal loan with them and when I tried to pay it off the stated it's my fault that the account information I gave them was incorrect when in fact it's their phone lines that skip while talking. They continue to charge me interest on my loan while they "looked into it". They also messed up my credit while they were supposedly looking at the issue. They did NOT call back when they stated they would which caused the payment to be "late" which accumulated more interest even though I tried to handle this situation long before payment was even due. They refuse to allow customers to speak to a manager and their customer service representatives shouts at you and will try to talk over you. I am warning everyone not to do business with this company.

Don’t go to this branch and expect quality customer service. One branch in the area that can accommodate customers needs and it has no hours on weekends. After 12 years with the company I will be closing my account in the very near future for a bank that can provide quality service.

The bank as a whole, NBT, doesn't work with you as a person. They don't even try to work with you to understand your situation or try see if there's another way that can help. They simply say, no, sorry. No explanation. I have never been treated like that at a bank and will definitely be staying with my current bank.
