Sick and tired of drive-thru only at Southside Oneonta branch. Huge waste of time and gas! Covid continues to be bank's excuse for keeping the lobby closed while ALL surrounding businesses are OPEN. Considering moving accounts to different bank.

Bad customer service at the southside location.Not very friendly. These millinials need to learn that their job dealing with the public is just more than a paycheck.

Best bank by far. People are very nice and actually show they care. Unlike other branches in Oneonta NY. Good job ?
