Hopefully, you get Gary. My vehicle has been vandalized so brutally in Oneonta, it should be considered terrorism. He went above and beyond to help me get a gas cap with lock. He actually went out and made sure it fit and that I knew how to use it properly. I can't thank him enough.

Had to return some parts that weren't needed, staff was pleasant. New employee was obviously a fresh hire and eager to please, a little chatty and took longer than expected, but overall a positive experience.

The staff member I spoke to was friendly. However, NAPA states online that NAPA stores will replace your vehicle battery for you. When I went in, they told me they don't do that at this store.
