Trustworthy is an understatement. I am from Oneonta but live 600 miles away. I have elderly parents that live in the area. My dad is in a time in his life where he needs some additional help. Monser Brothers understands that and always does a great job. They never rip him off or try to jam sell him on anything. They will reach out to me with anything above the normal. We have had his car there several times. Highly recommend them. Also, before I forget they are affordable and fast. Thanks and prayers.

Due to Raynaud’s Syndrome, it is basically impossible to unscrew the four little valve stem covers to check the tire pressures and add air wherever necessary. However, when my low tire pressure light came on the other day, in 9 degree weather. I messaged Monser Bros in hopes of a miracle and I got one! It didn’t cost me a thing, but I chose to tip the man for helping me out! Great customer service!! Thank you!!

Will never be going to Monser Brothers again. At first, I made an appointment for an inspection and my car's check engine light came on as i pulled into the lot. No biggie, we sat up an appointment the next week to fix the rest of it that they couldn't get within the inspection window. Was told by the man at the counter that when I came in the next week they'd finish the job and "slap an inspection sticker on it the same day" before I left. This guy was awesome, made my service memorable.I come in next week, get the things fixed, no more check engine light. Go out after 4 hours to check my car, no inspection sticker. I go back in to ask about it, was told to drive the car 50-100 miles, then come back (was told I could come back the next day if I drove 50-100 miles before then) and they'd make sure the check engine light wasn't on and put a sticker on. Came back next day, told to drive 20-30 more miles. At this point, I put 88 extra miles on my already 16 year old vehicle. Come back in, they "check" my vehicle again, come back in and tell me "needs more driving". At this point, I'm frustrated. Then, the guy behind the counter smirks at me and tells me "it could be 300 more miles". That sets me off.The transparency would have been nice in the very beginning, instead of talking about me behind the counter every time I came back after going "20 more, 30 more, etc." It was disrespectful, and I would have appreciated honesty. I am able to work on cars myself, but I wanted to support a local business. Next time, I'll just do it myself at home and get an inspection elsewhere. Would not recommend unless you want to be mocked and disrespected, especially if you are a woman.
