The need was for a window air conditioner. We started looking at A/C units in the front of the store and an employee asked if we needed help. We showed him a picture with info for the unit we wanted. He assisted us in finding what we wanted. There was a bit of a glitch with paying, but it was worked out with some assistance.

It's Lowes, what's not to like for guys lol Bought a EGO string trimmer here today. Wasn't really impressed with help in that section but people at the counter were great.
