Lettis Auction is a traditional auction house offering excellent items along with an actual description of the item. The owners of Lettis take special care in not just explaining the item but actual offer additional information about the item enabling and individual to accurately bid. The food offered is quite reasonable and a different dinner dish is offered at each item.

Very disappointing !!! I attended the night my things were being auctioned off. It was a full room plus people standing. My things were throughout the room and especially on the platform area. For some unknown reason my things kept being bypassed until at least half the people had left. Even then a lot of my things were ignored and i was told that the people that were left would not have been interested. When the auction was over i was told the check would be mailed out the following Wednesday. 5 days after that Wednesday i still hadn't received my money. I phoned there twice only to get a reply of, he got very busy and the check had been mailed out almost a week passed the promised day. I guess this was a learn as you go thing. I certainly will never bring my business to lettis's auction house again.

I dropped off many pieces of furniture & other items for auction on 9/24/15. I have photos of what was to be auctioned off. When I received a check for the result of what was sold, I saw that some significant home accessories were sold for a measly $1 & $2 instead of Mr. Kevin Herrick, the owner & auctioneer, just passing the items by as no sale. What makes matters worse is that I dropped off a 7 piece white laminate desk set with end tables, bookcases & a lamp. On the statement --- desk,shelf, etc.--- is crossed off and said N/S (ITEMS DISCARDED)!! Kevin didn't even have the decency of making a 1 minute courtesy phone call letting me know he didn't have any interest buyers in these pieces & to please pick them up ASAP. I could have given all these items to a local charity in need & taken a tax deduction or pursued a private sale. How dare Kevin just take it upon himself to throw all my furniture away in the dump without consulting me, the owner of the property, first! He is VERY much out of INTEGRITY in my book! In fact following up with a phone call he was mean & arrogant. Take your business elsewhere. Hopefully there are more reputable auction houses in the area.

From what I can recall this one has the usual step above garage sales items. The auctioneer is not nice, quite mean and holds grudges forever. Rather spend my money where the auctioneer appreciates regular good business.
