The guy knows what he's doing but unfortunately he's a liar and a thief. Uses a lot of language makes up a lot of stuff that needs to be fixed. I am a diesel mechanic by trade but don't have a license for that weight class inspection. Brought it into him thinking he was going to be an honest down-to-earth guy and on the face and that's exactly what he seemed to be. Then came this is wrong and that is wrong and this has to be fixed and that has to be fixed and you've got this problem and this is how you can tell. I stood there shaking my head and playing stupid curious to see how far he would take it. For what should have been a 25 dollar inspection turned into about $4,000 worth of unnecessary repairs. Then I got the old line that I can't inspect it unless I do all this stuff and I can't legally let you leave so I'm going to have to strip your registration and plates. Meanwhile those of us that are in the know know that the shops have the authority to issue you a 10-day repair sticker if you failed the inspection the first time. Needless to say he didn't have the brass to actually do that it was all just a con. Just to make sure he wasn't being honest I brought it back to my own shop and dug into every single one of the things he said was wrong and none of it true with the exception of a $7 cap. . the state and town go to him because they don't have any limitations on budgets and don't know any better. For the rest of you, go somewhere else. Unless you like getting ripped off

My husband and I were traveling through in our motorhome when it started really running rough. Located and limped into the nearest shop Goodrich's Fleet and Auto Service. This shop diagnosed, fixed the problem and got us on our way. We are most grateful. Quality Service, great owner! Knowledgeable and reasonable prices! Highly recommend.

Honest!! Knowledgeable!! That's all you need to know when choosing a mechanic for both diesel and gas engines. I use them for both my diesel truck and my Kia. All three of us are happy.
