Place is a joke. Ps pulse headset had static and attempted to return on the 16th day. No wiggle room, no customer service. Absolute disgrace to gamers and loyal customers. I would have taken a credit but even that wasn’t offered. Now I’m stuck with a junk headset.

Do not go here, these guys are thieves. My family purchased a 100$ ps game card that was in a box of headphones. When they went to purchase the box was missing the 100$card so the employee had to go to the shelf to get another box. The employee gave my family the empty box without them knowing. I returned and he found the rang up card on the shelf but couldn't verify it was mine because my receipt only shows the last 4 digits of the rang up gamecard.They refuse to give me a refund. I've been a power plus member and a shopper for over 20 years. You guys are garbage

Was made aware by a friend that a pre owned v1 Nintendo Switch I had purchased here at this location had come with 3rd Party Joy Cons and a USB-C cell phone charging brick and not an officially licensed Nintendo power supply usb-c wall adapter.I had also received the 2 year extended warranty.First went in yesterday morning and ended up waiting in line 40 minutes, get up to the desk finally and the store manager, Amber, inquires as to my needs any when I presented her with my 2 Nintendo Switch’s…a v2 for trade in and the previous mentioned v1.However, before I can explain this she very rudely tells me I will have to wait as people with purchases take priority over trade ins.End up waiting an additional 20mins where she essentially pays me the cash for the v2 but when I bring up the v1 situation she denies it’s possible it could happen, decides to put me on the spot an wait while she tries to phone all her employees to invent a story that I am lying.I ask her to merely replace the 3rd party joy cons and provide me a proper power supply as per their own policy and she flat out refuses to honor the companies policy, acknowledge the wrongdoing of her store and pushed the equipment aggressively back at me an told me to call the hotline.

The website said I would get 240$ without being a member for my ps5 and only got 198 when there just gonna turn around and sell it for 399 or more this is more of a reason why I'm glad I'm getting away from video games places like this get away with high way robbery especially if the product is in good condition and everything with it I should of got what I paid for it
