The customer service is great, all the people who work there are very helpful and I feel that when they tell me about my vehicle, they’re being honest. They were not pushy and able to take care of me in a timely manner. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Outback 3.6R, certified pre-owned has had a steering/suspension knock since the day we purchased it. Several dealerships have worked on it, replaced multiple parts and the issue remained. Five Star in Oneonta fixed it for us. Incredibly friendly staff and great service on our vehicle. Thank you very much!

I purchased my Subaru in 2017 at a different dealership. My new job in 2021 brought me to the Oneonta area and to Five Star Subaru. I have been more then pleased with the service.
Before I started going to them I went to another dealership in Cooperstown for an inspection. I was told I needed over $2,500 worth of work. I took my car to Five Star Subaru along with the paperwork from the other dealership. I found out I did need some work but none of what the other dealership said and what I needed was under $1200.
I was very thankful for their honesty. I made an appointment and my car was fixed in the expected amount of time with no issues.
They are always kind and more than friendly.

We received a very nice welcoming experience at Five Star Subaru. Steve was very friendly and helpful; but also respectful of what I had to say. He was a good listener which is important to me. We drove a few different cars and settled on the Forester. The process was easy and uncomplicated. My partner and I love the car and appreciate the support we have received in getting to know this new vehicle.

All good except they had to go back and replace the missing bolt they had mentioned but not fixed when they first said the car was done

Our service at Five Star Subaru was great! Curtis was very helpful and courteous. The first oil change, tire rotation and service on the car was done in a timely fashion. The car was washed and looked beautiful when it was done! Thank you Five Star Subaru!
