Took my truck in for warranty work and tried to explain the issue. Got told they couldn't repeat the issue. I don't know how they can't because I'm not the only one that has noticed it every single time it's used except the shop. I have to drive 3 hours to use the shop because it's where I bought the vehicle. I was spoken to that it made me feel like I'm an idiot for what I'm experiencing and when I left, being told that there's no issue, I called in to say it's not fixed. And again being spoken down to.
Ridiculous really. I spend hours in this vehicle. I've drove it down the east coast and back, I know my truck. It's not fixed. And now I have to leave it in a second garage to get it fixed this time around. At least I won't be driving the 3 hours this time.
I will only ever buy another vehicle from the sales only, not use the shop again.

Went there for service bc I have friends that have pressured me to buy a car there for years. I was told that they're good, honest, knowledgeable. Had my fuel pump replaced. Diagnosis was pretty quick, got estimate, and made appointment for repair. They came in under estimate, and done faster than expected. They're friendly and don't mind explaining stuff.
My friends were right. Highly recommend!

I am super happy with the deal and with the price they managed because it was a fair price; 2 days before I went to another dealership where they wanted to pay me $3,000, in “dealer fees” I almost died seeing how they raised the price with so many fees that they pulled out of their sleeves, however at Certified Auto Outlet Oneanta they were extremely honest with the quantities of the car, and it was also in very good condition. Cody Hall was the one who assisted us: very friendly and efficient, I highly recommend him.

I had a really good experience with them so far! They were very pleasant and made sure everything was good with the car. They made sure the registration was good and made arrangements for new license plates. They made sure I had gap insurance and walked me through the loan amount and what I was signing. They made sure my questions were answered! ?️

Your see for yourself. But I'll tell you this under skilled under equipped, and unless you spend Mercedes-Benz G wagon money on a CRV your not one of the "GOOD customers so you'll be treated as if your not worth there time ....but hey at least they have nice comfy chairs and great TV programs bc you'll sit and wait.......and wait ...yep a real one star place
